Dear Parents and Students,
Happy New Year! I would like to extend best wishes to all for a happy and healthy new year. Another new year begins- welcome 2021 – very excited to start a new one! Let’s welcome the new year with hearts full of positivity and new hopes. We still have some challenging days ahead but like always let’s make the most of it!
Reminder - School Resumes on Monday January 4th! It will be a huge pleasure to see all of the children, teachers and staff back at school after a long, well deserved break. Even though we are not back to in person school for another week this upcoming week is very important so please be prepared and ready to go come Monday morning.
The start of school, after a significant break, always provides a good opportunity to re-establish a focus on learning. Please remember that we are less than three weeks away from the end of this quarter semester and it is important to continue the great work we were doing before the break. The transition to online learning since the end of November was very successful and we need to keep it going. A huge thank you to our students, their families and our staff for the hard work required to make this work.
When students return in person to school on the 11th of January we will have just over two weeks of in person learning before exam week is upon us (January 27th – Jan 29th). Our new quarter semester begins on February 1st where student will take their next 2-3 classes.
Reminder: The Family Friday that was scheduled for January 15th is being moved to January 8th.
That will put it within the week that all students will be learning from home. This will reduce the amount of time students are participating in learning from home by one day.
Again, we wish you all a wonderful year filled with, great health, happiness and success! Let’s welcome the new year with hearts full of positivity and new hopes. We still have some challenging days ahead but like always let’s make the most of it!
Hope to see you all soon!
